Major re-development and expansion of the food court at Coastlands Shopping Town, Paraparaumu. Stage 1 was the complete refurbishment of the existing food court and cinema complex foyer, followed by the Stage 2 expansion which established five new food outlet tenancies with increased seating capacity.  Air conditioning is provided by a large ducted split system supplying air through linear diffusers integrated into the feature architectural ceilings.  The work included new gas infrastructure, kitchen exhausts, greasy wastes and grease trap servicing the new kitchens.
