Major redevelopment of Farmers and adjoining tenancies at Coastlands Shopping Town. Air conditioning systems include roof-top packaged units and VAV distribution to department store areas.  Ground floor tenancy areas use VRF cassette systems to allow installation into exceedingly tight floor-to floor heights required to tie into the existing structures.  The work included integration of the HVAC controls into Farmers’ centralised Building Management System using Siemens equipment.
