Electrical & Data Systems
- Low voltage installations for buildings, including computerised load calculations for optimum system design and capacity.
- Lighting design, with in-house illumination calculations and rendering using DIALUX software.
- Emergency lighting design for compliance with NZBC clause F6.
- Specification of UFB and structured cabling installations for voice & data.
- Liaison with supply companies and UFB providers to identify supply arrangements and ensure timely network availability.
Hot & Cold Water Supply
- Cold water supply systems, including backflow protection to building code requirements.
- Distributed and central hot water supply systems.
Internal Sanitary Drainage
- Design to NZBC G13 AS1 & AS2, or to NZS 3500.2 for larger and more complex systems.
Fire Protection
- Outline design and specification of commercial & residential fire sprinkler systems.
- Automatic and manual fire alarm systems to meet the requirements of NZBC clause F4.
- Evaluation of fire-fighting water supplies.
